Marko Pavelić was born on March 20, 1990 in Zagreb. He attended the 1st Technical School "Tesla" in Zagreb, and upon graduation in 2008, he enrolled in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. In July 2014, he graduated from the Information and Communication Technologies study program, Telecommunications and Informatics profile, and earned the title of Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology.
In April 2014, he was employed as an institute associate at the Department of Telecommunications of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), where he participated in several scientific projects and actively participated in teaching several subjects. In June 2022, he was employed at the Šibenik University of Applied Sciences as a lecturer, but he is also involved in a number of projects at the University.
His research interests are focused on machine communication in wireless networks, energy efficiency in networks with limited capabilities, and determining the topologies of wireless networks with heterogeneous communication. As part of his research, he has published several papers at international conferences, and he is also a member of the IEEE professional society.
