The Central European Exchange Program for University Studies (CEEPUS) offers students and teachers the opportunity to study at universities in Central and Southeastern Europe with scholarships aligned with the living standards of the host countries.

The program supports the mobility of teachers as well as undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students. Through CEEPUS, students and teachers from all public higher education institutions in the Republic of Croatia can participate in mobility programs in one of the 15 Central and Eastern European countries that are part of the program alongside Croatia (Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia).
