Students will gain knowledge of Fundamental Ethical Concepts within Public Administration. The pursuit of understanding fundamental concepts in ethics as they pertain to public administration is of paramount importance. This endeavour encompasses assimilating core principles in ethics and psychology, which significantly influence interpersonal dynamics. Furthermore, students engage in a comprehensive exploration of fundamental theoretical frameworks in the realm of ethics. Emphasis is on the practical application of moral and ethical principles within business operations. This instruction extends to deploying the concept of social responsibility and the adept resolution of moral and ethical quandaries. Emphasis is also placed on the cultivation of prosocial and assertive behaviour, underpinned by a well-defined system of motivation and values. |
