Description:
Qualitative presentation of conceptual working frameworks that lead to making strategic decisions. Qualitative guidance on the use of techniques that help with achieving goals. Basic understanding and familiarization with the practice of managing the services of domestic and foreign companies.
Learning outcomes:
  1. be able to analyze service management processes in planning, controlling, implementation, continuous improvement and decision-making
  2. critically assess business models
  3. comment on the issue of innovation implementation
  4. critically assess innovation methods and justify the best chosen methods
