Description:
They learn the role of human resources management in a business organization. ? Get to know and master knowledge about human resources planning, ? Get to know and master knowledge about how to assess human potential ? Get to know and master knowledge about methods and techniques of professional selection, ? Get to know and master knowledge about motivation and rewarding employees. ? Application of learned methods and techniques on concrete or hypothetical examples
