To acquaint students with the basics of microbiology and parasitology, the biological characteristics of microorganisms that cause infections, the chain that leads to the development of infection, methods of treating infection, and prevention of hospital infections.

1. explain the biological characteristics of microorganisms that cause infectious diseases in humans, theirs factors pathogenicity, ways of transmission ways defense man from infection
2. recognize way actions antimicrobial medicines and funds your mechanisms of resistance of microorganisms to these agents
3. explain basic laboratory diagnostics of pathogenic microorganisms and parasites
4. to state species samples for microbiological processing and the way theirs correctly transported to the microbiological laboratory

6. explain methods of preventing hospital infections
