The aim of this course is to acquaint students with: types of scientific and professional papers; research in science; methods and phases of research work, data collection methods in the research process; research instruments; processing and analyzing data, applying acquired knowledge in research processes and writing papers.

1. Emphasize for the importance of ethical issues and principles in the research process
2. Propose and decide on adequate methods of data collection in the research process
3. Combine acquired knowledge in research processes and in writing paper
4. Independently and responsibly explain the basic principles of critical review of literature and correctly present the used literature
5. Combine acquired knowledge in writing and interpreting your own research
