The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of drafting legal regulations. In the mentioned course, they acquire basic knowledge about the methods of passing legal acts, the types of legal acts and their hierarchy in state administration bodies, in the bodies of local and regional administration units, in legal entities with public powers, but also in commercial companies.

1. Actively participate in the drafting of a specific general and/or individual legal act of a simpler nature
2. Describe the procedural aspects of drafting and adopting legal regulations, especially within the framework of the Croatian legal system
3. Critically analyze existing procedures for passing legal regulations at different levels of government
4. Participate in existing consultations with the interested public in the process of adopting legal regulations
5. Apply nomotechnical principles of drafting legal regulations
