The aim of the course is to enable students to acquire both general and specific knowledge about international organisations their structure, functions, and powers and to familiarise students with the most important international organisations and their position and role in the international legal order.

1. Analyse the constitutive elements of international organisations.
2. Identify the sources of law of international organisations
3. Distinguish between the different types of international organisations.
4. Examine the legal binding nature of the acts of international organisations for their member states.
5. Evaluate the role of international organisations in the creation of international law.
6. Assess the role of international organisations in regulating existing relations within the international community of recognised entities.
7. Predict the development of the law of international organisations, taking into account the existing relations in the international community.
