To acquaint students with organizational theories, the main factors of organization formation, to learn about the issues of establishing organizational structures and different types of leadership, and bring the issues of centralization and decentralization closer to students.

1. approach a critical analysis of organizational changes and integrate acquired knowledge in the field of organizational management
2. critically evaluate organizational theories and identify modern organizational structures
3. comment on the issues of organizational structures and recommend leadership types
4. critically assess and evaluate organizational changes and rank employee attitudes and satisfaction.
