The course Project Management enables students to acquire fundamental theoretical knowledge in project management, providing them with the foundations for successfully managing various projects. Through this course, students will be able to argue the different types of projects, understand their specificities, and identify and determine the phases of the project life cycle. They will also be able to evaluate the roles of different elements within the project system and comprehend the connection between projects and continuous processes, explaining a project as a process for achieving objectives. Furthermore, students will compare various project types, emphasizing their immediate and indirect economic impacts.
