Description:
The course Traffic Law introduces students to the basic concepts of law in general, as well as all branches of traffic law with a special emphasis on road law. In this subject, students acquire basic knowledge about the system of traffic law and the relationship between individual types of transport, as well as about activities necessary for the functioning of transport as a whole.
Learning outcomes:
  1. Definition of basic terms and concepts of law, and connection with different branches of traffic.
  2. Classification and analysis of transport branches, as well as administrative-legal and property-law regulation of all individual transport branches.
  3. Recommendation of measures to improve road traffic safety in the Republic of Croatia.
  4. Defining trends in traffic law.
  5. Drawing up a draft contract for the transport of passengers, luggage or things in road traffic.
