General and special knowledge of the commercial law system in the Republic of Croatia, including important elements such as the conclusion of a contract, its interpretation, modification of contractual provisions and termination of the contractual relationship. General and special knowledge that enables understanding and identification of societies, analysis and synthesis of information about societies, developed ability to apply acquired knowledge to solve various practical problems related to societies. Present and explain the basic criteria for distinguishing copyright and related rights, define the basic institutes of copyright, describe and explain the course of the copyright protection procedure.

1. distinguish and argue general concepts of company law, common characteristics of companies and the responsibility of the company and its members for the company's obligations
2. determine and analyze the most common forms of companies in Croatia according to their internal structure, management and responsibility for the company's obligations
3. create and prepare a plan for the establishment of companies of persons and joint-stock companies and limited liability companies
4. choose optimal commercial law contractual solutions for a specific business situation;
5. analyze and choose legal sources and legal rules governing intellectual property rights, i.e. copyright and related rights in the digital environment
6. differentiate and argue the forms of intellectual property rights, i.e. copyright works by type and content of copyright and their appearance and protection in the digital environment,
7. draw up and argue individual contracts on the disposal of intellectual property rights, i.e. copyright and related rights, especially contracts applicable in relation to the information society
