Description:
The importance and goals of the course is to enable students to acquire basic knowledge about the concept of basic administrative systems, as well as knowledge of the organization

state administration in the Republic of Croatia, and the organization of administration in comparative administrative systems.
Learning outcomes:
  1. Connect the basic concepts of administrative systems.
  2. Distinguish between the main forms of administration and government relations
  3. Explain and analyze the relationship between administration and citizens from a theoretical perspective.
  4. Independently and responsibly search, interpret and apply relevant literature and legal rules in the relationship between administration and government
  5. Use specific computer skills in basic and advanced administration application packages
  6. Use specific computer skills in basic and advanced administration application packages.
  7. To foresee the future development of the application of administrative systems.
