The aim of the course is to equip students with the ability to understand EU project management and to recognize all the key steps from the initial idea to project development and implementation. Students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in the preparation, development, and implementation of EU projects.

1. Be able to define key terms related to EU project management
2. Recognize European structural funds
3. Understand the institutional framework for the implementation of EU funds in the Republic of Croatia.
4. Comprehend project cycle management
5. Be able to create a logical framework matrix
6. Be able to find current calls for EU project proposals
7. Complete project applications. Be able to plan and monitor the implementation of EU projects
8. Be able to participate in the implementation and reporting of EU projects.
