Legal subject aimed at deepening knowledge in the field of company law, especially companies, including consideration of the modalities and codes of corporate governance, special types of capital companies, entrepreneurial contracts and management of intellectual capital in companies, with reference to the participation of workers in the management of companies.

1. Define and analyze company law and the relationship with other branches of law.
2. Classify the types of companies in Croatian law in order to analyze the common characteristics, similarities and differences between certain types of companies in the Republic of Croatia and the EU and the practical reasons for the existence of companies
3. Interpret the applicable law in order to judge which of the offered legal solutions is the most suitable for the establishment, organization and management of an individual company and planning the method of establishment, organization and operation of individual types of companies
4. To envisage procedures for establishing legally relevant facts and deciding on issues in the field of company law with the aim of applying the relevant law to the established facts
5. Choose different databases on legal sources, case law and relevant legal literature for their use when preparing a decision on different legal issues related to company management.
6. Compile drafts of simpler contracts and other founding and general acts of commercial companies and explanations of those acts, and design the internal organization of specific commercial companies.
7. Propose and argue proposals for optimal forms of societies for a particular situation
