Course objective is to adopt fundamental terms of state and law for the purpose of understanding legal system.

1. To describe elements of state and to differ state and other organizations.
2. To illustrate state structure.
3. To classify state based on different criteria.
4. To compare different theory of law and to interpret trend of further development.
5. To compare custom, moral and legal order.
6. To identify legal norms, legal provisions and legal acts.
7. To analyze elements of legal relation.
8. To suggest adequate legal norm.
9. To identify legal legal institutions, legal branches and legal areas.
