Course objective is to adopt fundamental terms of state and law for the purpose of understanding legal system.

1. Analyze elements of state and to differ state and other organizations.
2. Present state structure.
3. Classify state based on different criteria.
4. Compare different theory of law and to interpret trend of further development.
5. Compare custom, moral and legal order.
6. Criticaly estimate legal norms, legal provisions and legal acts.
7. Analyze elements of legal relation.
8. Select adequate legal norm.
9. Classify legal institutions, legal branches and legal areas.
