To enable students to assess the needs, plan, implement and evaluate medical care/health education in the patient's health, to apply diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation procedures in the patient's health, as well as to work in a multidisciplinary team.

1. to clarify the concept of health care at home and the legal provisions for health care at home
2. to clarify the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in the care of the patient or teenager
3. to demonstrate a planned medical care for the patient or teenager
4. to carry out the education of the recipient/participant in those areas of concern which are inadequate or of the members of the recipient's community
5. maintain nursing documentation
