Familiarization with the fundamental mechanisms of modern public finances and the role of the public sector in the functioning of market economies.

1. To justify the role of the state in managing public goods.
2. To assess the financial and economic aspects of an individual's quality of life based on the analysis of the pension and healthcare systems.
3. To critically assess the effects of the state's fiscal activities on the creation of an investment and competitive environment.
4. To critically evaluate the complex factors influencing the actions of the public sector.
